That would be EPIC! Since I’m from the USA, I sadly couldn’t live there, but if they build it I will come for a visit.
When I first watched the movie, I love the city of Minas Tirith. There is very beauty and dreamy.

Gods NO. All that up hill/down hill. No handicapped accessibility. Well water, Ick. Very class stratified. No gardens. No trees. Lots of guards. One hospital. No,no, a thousand times no. But if it floats your boat, I wish you well.
It is i very lovely city but no to the constant uphill and downhill i dream of Mirkwood, Rivendell, and Lotherien 🙂
