This is good. I really like the hair, and the mouth. But I also think you should try to add some shadows.
the nose is a little odd, make the nostrils a little less round, but other than that I really like it!
there’s debate about the eye thing… at one point in the hobbit Galion has his eyes closed and is snoring…
of course he’s very very drunk :D. Enjoyable picture, angle of head is a bit odd.
